This morning got woken up by the heat glutted in my room-- electricity blackout.
What an amazing day.
But it is time for people to aware that electricity occupied many areas of our lives, to be specific, energy supply plays an important role in our life.
Woke up, but can't charge my phone and PC. No Wifi. Can't cook or any. Just scroll through the messages using my cellular data (it lagged tho) with little battery left.
This let me have a deep thinking: What if someday, the electricity stopped around the world? What should I do if can't scrolling on phone anymore...?
While scrolling through my phone, and one quote has caught my eyes:
"Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because Fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; Truth isn't."----Mark Twain.
I stopped, and I read it again.
So, can this statement be understood as the knowledge we had, give possibilities to anything. And it can't be happened because the knowledge we acquired can't explain. \
But what if we expand our knowledge, could the possibilities increase as well? Yes, It does, anything can happen if it obeys to the law of the Universe.
"If the Universe has abundance resources, why aren't the new inventions with Renewable Energy widely be introduced and launched to the world? Maybe electricity blackout will not happen again. Could it be something stopping the inventions? Or we have reached our knowledge blind spot? "
*our knowledge here I meant it by the knowledge we learned and instilled all the way.
Anyway, these are just my
overlapping
sound within.
But, I have a different topic today to share with:
Recently, I have some interest in searching and studying the world economic, not a pro, perhaps as an audience. And it gives me the sign that a change is coming. The change in World Economic System. The world economic trade using currency and some countries widely depending on major currency to trade on such as U.S.Dollar, JapaneseYen, Euro, and Pound.
While ASEAN countries had a meeting to discuss on these issues this year March. They came out a plan to cooperate among ASEAN countries to use Local Currency Transaction (LCT) instead of depending on the major currency. Plus, Zimbabwe also introduce gold coins (look carefully, not cryptocurrency) to reduce the dependence on major currency, mainly the U.S. Dollar.
While on the other side, something has happened in the U.S. Treasury Department:
It seems like someone is going to step down from the world's stage anytime from now. But many people said, nah, the world economic is not going to have a BIG change. Every country has its debt, what so matter about the U.S.? It matters because the U.S. big companies have their investments on the other companies around the world, carrying huge debt which can bomb anytime. Just like no one can predict the Bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. I have no idea what can happen within specifically, but I know they all linked together.
All I want to say is that, prepare for rainy days. Have enough Cash with you, not much, may be for you to survive for 2 weeks or 1 month?
Please, no panic withdrawal, you still have time now, just be prepared.
No one can guarantee you that- depending on virtual money- your e-wallet (I have heard that some of my friends have problem with TnG, or the Internet could stop operate for a while?), and saving money in the bank is a safe option, even the Silicon Valley Bank bankrupt though.
